I have discovered what I call my Midas Touch - the ability to turn everything I “touch” in to gold.

And I want you to know it too.

Drum roll…………

Appreciation!

Yes, so simple and yet so powerful, especially when done consistently.

I have a daily appreciation practise that keeps me feeling so happy and fulfilled – it’s kind of crazy how easy it is!

Every morning, after my meditation, I prepare my day with the appreciation exercise I’ll give you below.  And every night, I journal on everything that happened that day; everything I received, the people I saw, the interesting conversations I had, the money I made, my strong gym work out, the delicious food I chose to eat, the smooth business meeting I had, the new insights I realized…. I look at my life in so much appreciation that I go to sleep knowing that I am doing my best!

Now, you may be thinking… what if things in my life aren’t going that great at the moment?  What am I going to appreciate?  Well, you can always find something to appreciate!  Always! Just look around you and start there. Appreciate your pillow, the tea you are drinking, or the internet that enabled you to read this message. ;)

When nothing seems to be going your way, appreciate.
When everything is going your way, appreciate even more!

As I’ve written before, whatever you focus on, you get more of. So you want more X, appreciate it and love it right up and watch how it grows!

The very definition of the word appreciate is to value or regard highly.  And in financial terms, it means growth.

Do you want more money?  Appreciate the money you have. Every time I pay a bill, I get into the vibe of feeling so appreciative of the service or goods that I am paying for, I literally start raving on (in my mind of course).

This can be so much fun!  Make it a game but make sure you’re being sincere about your appreciation. It has to come from a genuine place.

The energy of appreciation puts you in a very resourceful state, physiologically and emotionally. In addition to feeling great (which is the reason we want anything!), you start having good ideas on how to get more of what you want… who to talk to, what to say, where to go, a new adventure to embark on… the possibilities are endless.

I invite you to try it out and see for yourself. Do this for 7 days and see how richer your life is.

Let’s do it now. Grab a pen and paper and make a list of what you’ll be doing today, places you’ll be going and people you will be seeing. And then write everything you can think of that you appreciate about each. This doesn’t need to take a lot of time.  5 - 15 minutes.

This is going to be a really good day!

PS. You want to amp this up?  Write a list of everything you appreciate about yourself!

With love,
Jenny
