Have you ever noticed how, when you're stressed about something, your mind starts worrying and coming up with situations, conversations, images, even entire stories, that you don't want? The human mind loves to figure things out and when it doesn't have all the information it needs, it just makes shit up.
So, I decided to delegate to it. I've told it to come up with best case scenarios, and as many as possible, whenever it thinks about a certain situation. It seems to love its new job and I'm having way more fun! 🤣
