The problem with forgiveness is that we still have judgment. Blame.
If we need to forgive we are still blaming. And if we are blaming we are also vicitimizing - ourselves.
Letting go of judgment and blame, makes forgiveness irrelevant. So, instead of trying to forgive, someone else or yourself, don’t judge. Become judgement free in your thoughts.
