This is the way it works. We don’t need somebody else to anoint us, to bless us or to give us permission for anything. We are sovereign.
Perhaps now is a good time for you too, to call all of your power back to you. From all the times and places you’ve given it away or left it behind.
If we need to forgive we are still blaming. And if we are blaming we are also vicitimizing - ourselves.

I heard my Soul whisper this morning and I understood. Sometimes we get hooked by all the knowledge available out there to help us do this and that. It can be an endless cycle. Time to jump off it.
I’ve realized something important: When I’m not enjoying my thinking it means I’m in the weeds. I went too specific on a subject too soon. So, what’s the solution?
Here’s what this teaches me more than anything else ever has… we think that if we let ourselves off the hook for something we did that we deem as awful, we will do it again. But the thing is, we don’t. WE DON’T. It’s like we love ourselves through it and that entire old pattern disintegrates.
