I love my Stop + Drop!

I created this in one of my coaching sessions:

Whenever I feel like I’m too much in my head and I want to hear the voice of my Inner Beings/Soul, I stop, whatever I’m saying or doing.

I close my eyes, breathe deeply and focus in on my 3rd eye. That space in the middle of your forehead above the junction of your brows. Here I find the quiet of my mind, that’s always there, behind the thoughts, and I breathe deeply.

I breath and drop into my womb centre or that area between your 1st and 2nd chakra. I take my mind there and I breathe deeply. 3 deep breaths dropping down in there. Focusing there. And therefore flowing my Source Energy there.

And then I come out. Wiser, calmer and happier.

It’s powerful and easy to do. “Stop + Drop” has become a thing amongst my friends. :D
