I video called my Mum the other day. She was sitting out on the front porch in the Aussie winter sunshine. I caught a glimpse of the clear blue sky and bright sunlight behind her.

I said “Mum, that's lovely! It looks so nice and it's wonderful that you can sit out in the sunshine.”

She said, “Yes, but it's cold and the wind is whipping around, and…”

Here we go again, I thought... complaining. I felt a slight annoyance. (Indicator that MY vibration had dipped.) I said “Mum, why are you complaining? Stop complaining.”

In that moment, she owned me. SHE OWNED ME. You know why? Because in noticing her complaining, I complained about her complaining! I joined her in HER vibration.

Gosh, complaining about complaining is still complaining Jenny! 🤣

In that moment, HER VIBRATION WAS STRONGER THAN MINE.

How do you ensure that YOU own your vibration, especially when you're about to interact with someone else? Prepave. Practice your own vibration at the beginning of every day so that when you go out into the world you stay stable and steady in your own alignment. And then, throughout your day, as you’re moving into a new part (like my video call) you Segment Intend. You take a moment to set your intention for that segment. Your intention for how you want to feel. How you want it to go. And IT WORKS. Every time.

I’ve received some more clarity about the course so here’s what I know so far: It will be 2 x 60 minute calls a week. Wednesday and Monday. On Zoom. Live demonstrations. 1 process per call. Starting September. Calls will be recorded so you can have access to them and practice even if you have to miss one. Private FB group so we can share wins and highlights and you can ask unlimited questions between calls. It’s going to be SO much FUN and help you (and me) transform your life!

And I want to say that my Mum is a beautiful person, who is constantly expanding and learning new things, and is generally positive! We rendezvoused on that video call at that time because WE were already on a close vibrational frequency. Thank you Mum, for showing me where I was with my alignment! XO
