A poem of devotion.
This is what it’s all about.
A social media sabbatical + “100 Days of Truth” = lots of good stuff!
Don’t fight, don’t justify, don’t condemn. But you must answer your own thought. Every time.
Here’s an exercise to assist you in designing your motto for 2021.
Celebrating you and me…. in no specific order…
Surrendering and appreciating leads to good things!
I heard my Soul whisper this morning and I understood. Sometimes we get hooked by all the knowledge available out there to help us do this and that. It can be an endless cycle. Time to jump off it.
I’ve realized something important: When I’m not enjoying my thinking it means I’m in the weeds. I went too specific on a subject too soon. So, what’s the solution?
Here’s what this teaches me more than anything else ever has… we think that if we let ourselves off the hook for something we did that we deem as awful, we will do it again. But the thing is, we don’t. WE DON’T. It’s like we love ourselves through it and that entire old pattern disintegrates.
When you answer this first, the rest of your answers will come easily. One at a time.
Our Core Values are the ESSENCE of WHO WE ARE, as unique human beings. They motivate our actions and energize our vision. They are the reason we choose what to stand up for (and some die for). They connect our heart with our mind.
Your thoughts become your words become your life.
There is always at least one, if not many many gifts, in every situation. Every “crisis" brings about amazing humanity. Every “catastrophe” brings about amazing opportunities.
Vibration is the basis of everything. It comes before any kind of manifestation - feelings and any 3D touch it, hear it, see it, smell it manifestation.
Are alike in this one important way.
There’s only a fine line between being afraid and feeling adventure. Because both happen in the same environments. And it’s all got to do with this one aspect.
How good are you at loving or expressing your appreciation to someone? Maybe it’s time to step up your game.
A poem by Cory Martin
In that moment, her vibration was stronger than mine. She owned me.
